As a BP partner, you’re the heart and brain of your night. This isn’t a passive role; it’s a hands-on collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Pitch your club concept(s) whether it’s a brand-new idea or an existing night seeking a new home.
• Curate the Vibe: Music, performers, decor, theme, everything that makes your night unique and BP-aligned.
• Work with Our Team: Collaborate on timelines, budgets, and safety plans. Be responsive and transparent.
• Promote Passionately: Use your networks and ours to fill the floor with the right crowd.
• Be On-Site: Show up, sweat it out, and ensure your vision comes to life (we’ll be there too).

🛡️ BP Safety Team Member – Part-Time Role

We’re looking for a Safety Team Member who doesn’t just "do security" but embodies our values: passionate, confident, and able to hold space with both firmness and heart.

🎯 Your Role

As part of our safety team, you’ll be the eyes, ears, and soul of our floors and rooms. ensuring our crowd feels safe, respected, and free to express themselves. It's important that would be able to read the room, de-escalate with care, and foster a vibe where everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor venues with a proactive, community-minded approach.
• Handle confrontations calmly and kindly.
• Support queer, kink, and alternative crowds with zero judgment and total respect and a deep knowledge of the community.
• Assist patrons in distress, from overheating on the dancefloor to navigating consent conversations.
• Work closely with bar staff, performers, vakts, and organisers to keep the energy positive and inclusive.
• Uphold BP’s zero-tolerance policy for hate, harassment, or non-consensual behaviour

You’ll be the face and filter at our doors, handling tickets, dress code, and first impressions. No power trips just protecting our community with both firmness and heart.

• Manage Ticket Check-ins: Scan, verify, and welcome attendees with efficiency and warmth.
• Enforce Dress Code Confidently: Say no when needed, politely but firmly, to those who don’t align with the particular event’s dresscode (not all events have a dresscode)
• Keep a Sharp Eye: Spot potential trouble makers without profiling, use intuition, ask thoughtful questions, and de-escalate before issues arise.
• Be Inclusive Yet Vigilant: No profiling!
• Communicate Authoritatively but Kindly: Your tone should command respect but never intimidate. 
• Work with Safety Team: Coordinate closely to flag concerns and maintain a seamless flow.

You’ll be the hands and heart of our event setup, transforming empty spaces into BP’s signature dark, energetic environments. This is physical, fast-paced work where every bolt tightened and light hung shapes the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rig Up & Rig Down: Set up and tear down lighting, sound systems, stages, decor, and all event infrastructure, efficiently and safely. We are looking for different people for the crew, you don't have to know everything, even if you can help with one of the mentioned areas, please apply!
• Build Stuff: Construct custom installations, props, and set pieces that enhance our gritty vibe. From simple builds to creative improvisations, you make the space feel alive.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with production leads, safety crew, and artists to ensure seamless execution. Lift, carry, and problem-solve together.
• Adapt on the Fly: Events are chaotic; you thrive under pressure and can pivot when plans change.
